The Switch had a stellar first year and a half. First-party games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild and Super Mario Odyssey helped buoy its success early on. In the months that followed, the platform became a haven for indies. In the months ahead, Nintendo will start bringing back its classics through a new online subscription service. This year was a great accomplishment for the Switch but what is up next in 2019.
The year ends with a bang in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Nintendo is already outlining plans for 2019. We don’t know if the previously announced Pokemon, Metroid Prime 4, and Bayonetta 3 will release next year, but they hopefully aren’t too far off. Even if those titles push another year, Nintendo already has a well-rounded lineup for players in 2019.
Here are some of the other most anticipated games for Nintendo Switch that’s going to release in 2019:
-
Animal Crossing

-
Daemon X Machina

-
Luigi’s Mansion 3
